October 3rd will be an absolutely tremendous day in the indie/alternative rock music world.

Suprisingly, the new Killers album "Sams Town", Evanescence's new album "The Open Door", and the new Beck album will all be released on this day.

Boy, my wallet will suffer this October...All these new albums and FFXII...October will be a very exciting, and very costly, month.

Wow October is a hot month for music. Even gorillaz have a bunch of stuff coming out in October: the book, the toys, and the new DVD.

Beck is an independent artist whos style could be called indie. He's an excellent musician and lyricist.

And I personally think FFXII will rock.

and, I heard "Call Me when your sober" for the first time on Sunday. its a good song with a slightly different feel to their first album. so, one would assume that the Open Door would be a musical fest for those of that taste in music ^^

I liked "Call Me When You're Sober" alot. And I'm a huge Evanescence fan. But I'm thinking Evanescence was a tad better with Ben playing guitar. The new song reminds me of some of their old stuff that Ben really didn't play any parts in, that might be a slight negative for the band.

But I'm still totally looking forward to the C.D times like, a kazillion billion.
