I remember a few years back watching an absolutly heart touching amazing anime which involved an.. Android I guess who was set out to become human.. The details in my head are very scarce..
I watched it on Adult Swim ohh probably 3 or 4 maybe more years ago. I just remember hopw amazing the ending was and I really want to watch it again. It may have been a mini series.. not sure.

Kikaider eh? You might be interested in knowing that there is a live action TV series, upon which the anime was based on. Actually there are two. Kikaider and Kikaider 01.
