Shuichi and Yoko

Can some one tell me? Is the entity known as Shuichi Minamino dead at the end of Karasu vs. Kurama? Does Youko own the body known as 'Kurama'?

No, Kurama is still very much alive after the battle with Karasu. The potion he used simply brings out his Yoko side for a limited amount of time.

Well I was watchin it and they made the comment that shuichi gave his life at the end of the battle to use Youko's power to finish Karasu off.

Both Kurama's Suichi and Yoko side survived the battle.

Yes, Kurama did have to tap into his life energy in order to fuel his final attack to put down Karasu. However, every time the potion is used Kurama's Suichi side is given a little bit of Yoko's power. Which is why every time he used it the amount of time he could stay in his Yoko form would decrease with each use. Kurama thought he was a goner too but then realized he had a little more energy left than he originally thought thanks to the potion's side effects.
