I need help with this anime..that I can't remember

I was wondering what the name of some anime or manga was. All I can remember is that it was called Alice the 19th..17th..something in that general area. I don't know if it was a manga, though. Could have been...anyway, I hope some of you are well versed in manga in case it is. Do any of you think you know?
