I don't know if any of you guys know what this is, but for those who do, have you ever reached it? The Pac-Man kill screen, also known as the Split-Screen level and the Final level.
It's only in the original arcade version.

i can only play the first level without losing a life..i play it at an arcade and the joystick sticks when you push it down so it makes it hard to play. but its still fun
