Tsubasa and Tsubasa Chronicles? The same thing?

Just joined the site. Great site btw, I have been visiting this site for 2 months now and I really like it.
Anyways,on to my question I would like to know if Tsubasa and Tsubasa Chronicles is the same thing or not.
If not, which one is the earlier version? So that I will see that version first and the other last.
