How do you make an album on Anime Galleries?

Has anyone heard of Anime Galleries.net? If you have, do you have an album? Does anyone know how to make an album on there?
I have some images saved in favorites, the ones I want to put in an album, but for some reason, unless I'm not doing it right which is probably the case, I am having a hard time making an album. If anyone knows, could ya help me out? And please explain it in a step by step instruction, like

2. Click this one

I thought that you couldnt make an album on Anime Galleries and that if you wantd to upload pics of any Anime it would have to be excepted by the site and then added to which ever ablum it belonged in??

Isn't Anime Galleries connected to Animeforum.com??
