.hack//twilight is a manga and its got a much more lighter tone than .hack//sign, i think you guys should definitely check it out if you love the hack series.

i watch the anime, in us is call .hack dusk and although most of story stay the same as manga but the ending is very different. while manga ending is very cheerful/light/sweet but the anime ending is kinda dark.. i think the producor try to keep .hack in the same theme.

btw, the difference between manga and anime start at early book 3.

I read the .hack manga and watch both .hack and .hack//SIGN. I enjoy the .hack manga, though I like the anime .hack//SIGN better.
