It is either Gohan Little Kid, or Vegeta as Majin Vegeta. (Majin Vegeta does count as Super Saiyan2.)

Majin vegeta is most not ssj2 if the most a ssj1 grade 3. but not ssj2.

No... I can proove that goku could not go ssj2 until after babidi died He achieved it that while trying to go ssj 2 vs fat buu!so HA,HA! $\:D/$

Which do you think
